Microsoft officially announced the new name and approximate feature set for WPF/E yesterday as MS Silverlight. Looks pretty sweet, although I am disappointed at the planned lack of data binding support. I know this would be quite difficult to code in JS, but would add a ton of power to the language. At least they are including good WMV support...
