The RTM version of Windows Performance Tools was just released. It is still a very good tool to analyze perf at various points throughout the system.
Also, the WPF Performance blog released a post on finding/cleaning WPF memory leaks. Many of these we already are aware of, but I didn't think of some of the binding ones.
